How can I purchase?

What is your turn around time?
TAT is 18-30 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends.
The Velveteen Bow Company does not issue refunds unless there is an error with your order. Please contact us to discuss further - firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have not received my package but it says delivered.
The Velveteen Bow Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking will be provided with every purchase via email and can take 2-3 days to update. Shipping is done through USPS and can take an average of 2-5 days to be delivered. If there are issues with your order tracking, please contact USPS directly.

Unfortunately The Velveteen Bow Company cannot be responsible for items damaged during transit. If an item arrives damaged please contact USPS for assistance.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After the 7 days, The Velveteen Bow Company is not will not accept any exchanges and/or refunds. The Velveteen Bow Company will not accept responsibility for items that are used, untied, retied or altered from its original state. If the order was our mistake we will send a return label via email. Please do not ship items with a personal shipping label.
Once The Velveteen Bow Company receives the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product.
